It is like living in a snow globe, and we are loving it.

With fresh powder over the weekend, more snow is on the way as we start February.

Canaan Valley and Timberline were the big winners on Sunday as nearly 10 inches of fresh snow fell. That brings their two-day totals to over a foot for the weekend, and it is still snowing this morning.

Awesome.

The Cheat Mountain magic was also in full effect as 4848′ received another 4″ of fresh powder overnight.

It was also fantastic to see the Virginia resorts get in the snow. Bryce Resort received 3″ of additional snow, while Massanutten, Omni Homestead, and Wintergreen picked up an additional 2″ of snow.

Of note, Massanutten is sold out for today, and Omni Homestead is closed until Thursday at noon.

Wisp Resort in Maryland also added 3″ to their snow totals.

The best part is that more snow is on the way.

Our favorite words – Northwest Flow – are kicking in today and we could see amounts over a foot in some locations by the time it winds down on Tuesday afternoon.

Conditions are going to be INCREDIBLE this week. If you can slip away and ride, you will be rewarded with an outstanding time.

The resorts always seem to step up their A-game on social media when snow is falling.

Check out all this powder at Snowshoe.

Bryce Resort had their best conditions of the season over the weekend.

Timberline certainly delivered an incredible time over the weekend as well.

Last but not least, Wolf Ridge had a special fan drop in for some turns.

That does it for today, but until next time, #ThinkSnow!
