Bluebird skies are on tap for today.

After a nice winter blast over the past couple of days that included some natural snow and snowmaking, spring will start returning over the next couple of days.

However, conditions are looking pretty good – especially for those resorts that were able to do a quick refresh over the weekend.

For the full details, be sure to visit the Snow Reports page.

Monday looked like a lot of fun on the slopes. Check out this post (as well as today’s featured image) from Snowshoe.

The ‘Shoe was one of the big winners with 7″ of fresh snow from Saturday night into Monday, while Timberline received around 9″.

Snowshoe along with App Ski, Beech, and Cataloochee all made snow overnight Sunday and into the day Monday.

Beech shared their closing weekend schedule on Monday but included a sweet video of the groomers doing their thing.

Such a cool video.

We did receive a couple of updates on Monday about operations for the week.

Timberline announced they will be open through Thursday, March 14, and will suspend operations for Friday, March 15th due to forecasted rain.

Operational status for the weekend has still not been determined by the team at Timberline, but they are hopeful to reopen on Saturday and Sunday.

Our buddy Bill Nabers from Bryce checked in with a couple of photos from Bootlegger and Revenuer’s Run.

Bill noted that Bryce is planning on suspending operations for Wednesday and Thursday, but will crank back up on Friday.

As Bill noted – “Get out and ski/board/tube at your local resort while you can.”

That does it for today, but until next time, #ThinkSnow!
