It is a refreshing start for our Tuesday.
After a few resorts saw flurries and even some light snow showers yesterday, temperatures and conditions delivered a welcome sight late yesterday as nearly every resort was able to crank up snowmaking operations for a timely refresh.
Several resorts are still cranking out the snow this morning setting the stage for a great day of conditions.
Snowmaking will continue as long as conditions allow, and we could see another snowmaking window tonight as resorts gear up for MLK weekend.
Wednesday and Thursday will bring some milder temperatures and some rain on Thursday, but our eyes are on Friday and Saturday.
Brad shared his latest skier’s forecast, and this weekend continues to look fantastic for those coming for a mountain getaway.
We love a good northwest flow event around here.
For today, it is going to be a pretty nice day to make some turns, especially early this morning.

Things are staying pretty status quo from the weekend as far as open trails with the only real adjustments (besides temperature) being tweaks to base depths.
I would expect more terrain to be open by the weekend especially as the mountain operation crews work their magic.
