Welcome to Betsy’s Woodland – a beautiful log home nestled in the mountains of Western Maryland about three hours from Washington DC and Baltimore, MD. We are less than three minutes from the WISP Ski Resort and less than five minutes from Deep Creek Lake. Our non-smoking, pet-free home has three comfortable levels and easily accommodates eight people. The kitchen offers all amenities of home. There is a large deck on three sides of this level. The back of the house boasts a large swing and a sensational view. (If you are lucky, you may see a flock of wild turkeys along with occasional deer and a variety of birds). The lower level has a large family room sitting area with a television (Direct TV a-and DVD player are attached). And a stone wood-burning fire place.
